Experienced Restaurant Supervisor:
Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie:
Applicants for the above food and beverage positions must have completed an apprenticeship, or similar, and have a minimum two-year experience within a similar role and five-star luxury hotel/fine dining establishment. Positions can be live-in if required, with all meals and accommodation provided. Employees will also receive complimentary use of the hotel leisure facilities. All applicants must be available to work up to five days over seven days to be considered for the positions. This role is on a rostered basis including weekends and bank-holiday work.
Experienced Hotel Receptionist
All applicants must have a courteous and professional manner, excellent presentation and communication skills and previous experience in Front Office/Reception in a professional Hotel environment. This is a seasonal position that requires shift work and is rostered over the weekend period to include Sundays and Bank-Holidays. Only persons who are available to work the role all year will be considered.
