Applicants for the above food and beverage positions must have completed an apprenticeship, or similar, and/or have a minimum two-year experience within a similar role. Employees will also receive complimentary use of the hotel leisure facilities. All applicants must be available to work up to five days over seven days to be considered for the positions. This role is on a rostered basis including weekends and bank-holiday work.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with fine dining experience and proven abilities to take the helm at this award winning hotel restaurant. You must have the ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service and be able to motivate and develop a team. The Hotel has 5 AA red stars and the Restaurant has 2 AA Rosettes.
Job Description :
As Restaurant Manager you will be fully accountable for the restaurant, room service and private dining both in terms of operations and finances.
Specific duties will include:
* Ensuring consistent standards in line with 2 rosette expectations
* Managing and support a team of up of 17 staff
* Training, development and motivation of the team
* Driving restaurant sales and department profitability through controlling operational costs
* Carry out company policies and procedures
* Hotel duty management as required.
Required Experience :
This luxury 5* country house is part of a great company, with an excellent reputation and national recognition. You will need a proven track record in restaurant management, strong financial and business awareness, have a very strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage and be able to manage a department budget successfully.
In short, we are looking for an experienced F & B team leader at 5* level, with an in depth knowledge of food, wines and beverage and a very strong focus on customer service.
Qualified Head / Senior Beauty Therapist
Qualified Beauty Therapist (Positions for February 2016):
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Beauty Therapist with a CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC qualification in both face and body and also have a minimum of one year’s work experience. Our products are Pai and VOYA so experience with these products is a distinct advantage, however training will be provided. You must be available to work five over seven days per week to include weekends and bank holidays.
