Head Receptionist required

We are currently inviting applications for an experienced Head Receptionist to work with and manage our reception team at Sheen Falls Lodge.

Reporting to: the Front of House Manager.

Experienced Hotel front office person required with 1 to 2 years senior front office /Supervisory experience, within a 4*/5* property to manage the Reception Department in this award winning 5* Hotel. This is a hands on role that requires a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic person to both manage and work as part of a team in this exciting position. All Applicants must have a hotel front office hotel background with experience in both reception and reservations and have excellent communication and administration skills. The successful candidate will be required to manager a team of up to 6 people as well as work as part of  the front desk themselves.

All applicants must be strong on customer service, administration, procedures, training, standards and upselling.

Management experience on Opera is preferred.

This role is 5 days over 7 to include weekends and bank-holidays as required.

All applicants must have at least 2/3 years’ senior front office/supervisory experience in a Hotel.
