Michelin Star Dining Experience with Guest Chef, Ahmet Dede

Executive Chef Cormac McCreary is delighted to welcome Ahmet Dede formally of Mews Restaurant, Balitmore, West Cork to The Falls Restaurant to create a unique dining experience. 

Chef Ahmet, who previously worked at Dublin Michelin star restaurants The Green House and Chapter One, focuses on ingredients that come from West Cork and are all produced by organic suppliers, if not organic certified then organic ethos.  Mews Restaurant received their first Michelin star in 2019 and have retained it for this year.
