Two esteemed chefs will collaborate for one unforgettable evening: Lewis Barker, Executive Chef of the two Michelin-star restaurant Terre, will collaborate with Mark Treacy, Executive Head Chef of The Falls Restaurant. Together, they will craft a symphony of flavours with an eight-course dining experience in The Falls Restaurant, with a menu championing the finest seasonal produce.
Having honed his craft in top kitchens worldwide, Chef Lewis Barker brings a new perspective and refined technique to Terre, refining his cuisine that is both worldly and unmistakably local. Chef Lewis’ philosophy is rooted in a desire to work more closely with the land and those who nurture it.
