Set on a leafy hillside, Marianne’s Cottage, with its thatched roof and tall stone chimney, will enchant you at first sight. Inside, the magic continues, as you discover a luxurious home that marries the best of tradition and luxury.

Enjoy breakfast on the large patio, with the sound of whispering trees and birdsong for company. Take coffee in the sun lounge, as you plan your day’s activities. Cook a feast in the pretty kitchen before dining beneath an open-beamed ceiling. After dinner, sink into a cosy sofa by a crackling log fire, with a glass of wine and a good book.

Two magnificent bedrooms with marble en-suite bathrooms lie tucked into the thatched roof. Relax in a deep bubble bath or shower away the day’s adventures before curling up in your luxurious king-size bed. Both rooms have balconies and can be converted to twin bedrooms if you’re here with family.

Marianne’s Cottage is surrounded by nature. Walk to the water’s edge daily to look for seals, otters and a wealth of birdlife, from oystercatchers and kingfishers to the rare white-tailed sea eagles.
