We are delighted to share the next installment of our Four Hands Dinner Series, which will take place on November 12th 2025. We are looking forward to welcoming guest chef Robbie McCauley.
Chef Robbie will collaborate alongside Mark Treacy, Executive Head Chef of The Falls Restaurant for one night only. Chef Robbie’s philosophy revolves around the purity of flavours, with sustainable cooking methods at the forefront of all his menus. This is further reflected in the locally sourced, organic ingredients. Chef Robbie grew up in Scotland, working in award-winning restaurants before moving to Ireland, where he opened Homestead Cottage Doolin, receiving their first Michelin Star less than a year after opening.
Robbie McCauley’s ethos is fresh, sustainable produce and provenance, featuring local place names from County Clare, Homestead Cottages’ menu is very much linked to its surroundings, with North Clare’s Flaggy Shore Oysters, Moher Crab, Connemara Scallops, Burren Beef.
