Without our incredible suppliers, it would not be possible for us to provide the freshest seasonal fare on our menus at The Stables Brasserie. From locally sourced seafood to sustainable micro vegetables, we are proud to showcase the innovative talents of suppliers from Kerry and beyond the county.

From organic vegetables from Killarney, award-winning pork from west Cork to plump mussels plucked from Kenmare Bay. Our chefs gather the very best produce from Ireland’s farms and shores.

A relaxed, sun-filled space that’s open all day for Coffee, Soup & Sandwiches, and Afternoon Tea. Soup & Sandwich Menu served daily from 12:30pm - 5:30pm. Afternoon Tea is available from 2pm - 5pm.

Served daily in the sunny Sheen Lounge and Bar, between 2pm and 5pm, this traditional ritual of sandwiches, fluffy scones and delectable pastries and sweets is an indulgent way to while away your afternoon.
