Without our incredible list of suppliers, it would not be possible for us to provide the seasonal fare in each of our outlets.

We are proud to support our local suppliers that produce world class meats, fish and dairy products. Without these suppliers we would not be able to work with and produce this food which we are proud to serve to you today.

Kerry salmon, smoked by hand to our secret recipe on the estate. Plump mussels plucked from Kenmare Bay. Cromane rock oysters from Castlemaine harbour. Micro herbs direct from Kenmare. Exquisite organic vegetables.

Beyond the county, our Chefs gather the best produce from this island’s farms and shores.  With imaginative, exquisite menus, starring classically-led dishes in contemporary Irish guises.
