We have worked exclusively with Christina to create a unique experience for our guests. An Inish Living yoga mat is available for guests to use in our Suites, accompanied by a bespoke exercise wellness brochure, offering advice on breathing control, pre-sleep routines, and a suggested stretch and mobility programme.
These vital wind-down tips and tricks aim to help you get a better night’s sleep. Creating a relaxed ambiance and routine before sleep aims to stimulate enhanced melatonin production, our body’s vital hormone responsible for restorative sleep cycles. A more nurtured deeper sleep has been proven to contribute to a better quality of life.
